Are there any other download links for this hotfix?

The link that I usually get lists this hotfix as no longer available.

I am trying to install AX Retail Channel Configuration Utility and this is a pre-requisite.

    Hi Harris,

    What exact link are you using? For what exact version of AX2012 was this hotfix created? I tried to find the hotfix, but got the message that is no longer available. You can contact Microsoft Support or install a newer version of Dynamics AX 2012/Sync Framework.

    Thank you for taking the time to reply.

    I am installing Dynamics AX2012 R3 with CU11.

    I am not sure if I installed the latest Sync Framework versions. What I installed are:

    Synchronization-v2.1-x64-ENU.msi

    ProviderServices-v2.1-x64-ENU.msi

    DatabaseProviders-v3.1-x64-ENU.msi

    Hi Harris,

    I don't have the exact details of the hotfix. I cannot check for which version it was created. As you are now using AX 2012 R3, I do think the hotfix is not required anymore as it is not available for download. To be sure, you can ask Microsoft Support.

    Hi André,

    I was finally able to get through this error message.

    I have a reference installation that I looked at and saw that what was installed

    was Sync Framework v1.0 with SP1. So I went ahead and installed that then

    uninstalled the previous installation. The installation for Retail Channel Configuration

    Utility pushed through with just warnings on the Prerequisites.
