    Hello

Do you saved the excel file as CSV format?

In the documentation, it is refered:

"you can export the data from your source as a CSV file and import it to Customer Insights with the CSV connector."

    Hello Louis,

Are you getting this error when you use Anonymous authentication? Did you try changing the 'Authentication kind' from 'Anonymous' to either 'Basic' or 'Organizational account' and enter the credentials see if it works?

If you still have issues, please send an email to CIHelp@microsoft.com with the instance id and the error details, and we will work with you to resolve them.

    Thank you!

    Hello Louis,

One more possibility can be that the used file location format is different. Please check if your file location format is like this https://<<your OneDrive location>/<Document folder path>/<file name>.xlsx

Sometimes we may find the file location from the web url and using that filepath may not work.

If it helps, follow these instructions to get the file address and see if it helps.

To find the right address in an easy way, open the excel in your desktop app, go to File, select Info tab, and you will find an option for copying the path "Copy path" button. Click that button, and remove the “?web=1” value in the end, and that should work.
