How to implement control addin in Business Central cloud

Hello Experts,

I need your suggestion on how to implement Control addin in Business Central Cloud.

I want to implement this in BC: https://community.dynamics.com/nav/b/navrashedamini/archive/2009/11/27/automatic-spell-checker-in-dynamics-nav

I have been able to implement this in nav 2018 but not sure how to implement it in Business central as we don't have access to addin folder in BC cloud.

Please help.
