I want to starting working with the Sales Qualification Agent, so I have setup the agent based on Microsoft's instructions. Now, I want to test this research and engage agent. However, when doing so I get an error message: "No leads identified. Add leads that meet your selection criteria". This is strange as currently my only criteria for the Agent is leads with 'Status = Open' and there are 1153 Open leads in my CRM.
I can not seem to find what I did wrong. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to solve this?
