Hello,

I am configuring a Gift card program and a Loyalty Management program for my company, is there a way when issuing a gift card a customer with a loyalty card get points for purchasing a gift card, and is it possible that the customer who is benefiting from the actual gift card not get loyalty points for using it if he already has a loyalty card?

    Thank you for helping me out

    I configured a loyalty program and a gift card program on AX

    no loyalty points are being issued when attempting to issue a gift and pay for it

    for example

    I Hassan have a loyalty card that i get 1 point per 1 $ paid

    when I'm buying a gift card for lets say 200$ i expect to get 200 points on my loyalty card but I'm not getting any points.

    Is there a way to get loyalty points when buying a gift card ?

    Please add your< gift card product> into the earning Rule with desire price and points.

    it didn't work with me

    I'm not buying the gift card I'm issuing it to a customer

    is there any other way ?
