You can check what is the last Cumulative Update available for your NAV release (for NAV 2018 it's CU06) and read the version and build number from NAV (clicking on top left corner menu and selecting Informations about Microsoft Dynamics NAV). You can see a number like 11.0.XXXXX.X and from this you can know how cumulative update you have.
