Error Attempting to Change GP 2010 Web Services Database

If there's a better way to do this, I am missing it, but I am trying to Repair the GP 2010 Web Services install to change the database server. However, every time I try to run through it, I am just getting an error that reads, "Unable to cast object of type 'System.DBNull' to type 'System.String'." Has anyone seen that? Any idea how to get around it?
