Hi Andre,
Thank you for taking the time to answer. I have AX2012.
So my IT guys have suggested incorrect resolutions, etc, but I don't think that is the problem. I work on a laptop and have an extra screen connected via a HDMI cable, I've unplugged that, restarted and worked on the laptop only, still does it. I've logged into my colleagues PC and his Axapta works 100%, but on my log in on his PC, I have the same issues.
Apparently in the whole world it is only me, we are an international company and the Axapta IT guys says that they have never heard of this issue, so I feel a bit stuck now.
So it seems that the problem pops up when I am opening a third window for instance. So I would be on Axapta, 1 Window, then click to open a Sales order, 2nd Window, then I can work on that form, complete what I have to, it will confirm the sales order and then when I click on the Pick and Pack option, I can do what I have to do, but the moment I hit the Post button, and a 3rd Window pops up, then it minimizes immediately and simply gives me a blank screen visible on the bottom task bar, but when I right click to maximize, the maximize option is greyed out so all I can do is close it.
It happens every day, on most functions, but sometimes I have a moment where I can finish the whole process, yesterday for instance I could work, the screen would minimize and I could maximize it and finish the process, but then I had to do a Pro Forma for someone and I could again open the form, complete everything, but when I posted it, the same happened there and then one of my colleagues have to finish the steps for me.
Yesterday I could look up a cost price on an item, but normally that doesn't work either, I can go right to the window where I have selected my one item, but then if I click on the button to call up the costing, that minimizes.
It would seem that the issue pops up on a third window.
I've only worked here since 01 November, and it did work fine for the first 2 or 3 weeks, and then the problems started popping up, I eventually thought I am doing something wrong, but my colleague came to double-check my steps and everything is done right, it just stops working.
If you have a solution here, you will be my hero!
Kind regards,
Delani
