Within my environment, I would like to have full visibility if an email is being tracked from Outlook to Dynamics 365 via Dynamics Add-in for Outlook. I have gone into Settings > Email Configuration > Email Configuration Settings and unchecked the setting in question. After waiting some time, I went to test if the setting had been applied with another CRM User, and we found that two email activities were still being created. How can we ensure that only one record is created in Dynamics AND that regardless of whether sending or receiving user tracks the email from Outlook, all will see it is being tracked?
You can set personal settings to track all emails.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am not interested in tracking every email, only the emails that are related to business. So, we would like to manually track an email to a record first, then all subsequent emails to be tracked to the same record.
