Hello Everyone,
I am working on a Business Central Report and facing an issue with conditional formatting.
Requirement:
Whenever the inventory is about to reach zero, the corresponding inventory column should turn red before reaching zero, based on the lead time.
Example:
Suppose the inventory is expected to be zero on 01/01/2026.
If the lead time is 2 weeks, the column should turn red on 18/12/2025 (two weeks before the zero-inventory date).
Issue:
Currently, the entire row turns red, which is incorrect. I need only the specific column (where inventory is expected to be zero) to turn red.
Goal:
To apply conditional formatting correctly so that only the relevant column changes color in the report not in tables or pages.
Any insights or suggestions would be highly appreciated!

    Hi, If it is a rdlc layout, you can set the color through the following Decision functions.
    If it is a word layout, as far as I know this cannot be done.

    Thanks

    Try this: =IIF(Fields!ExpectedInventoryDate.Value - Fields!LeadTimeDays.Value <= Today(), "Red", "Transparent")
