Problem-Report Layout

Posted on by 215

Hi everyone,

One issue that I had faced is how I'm going to remove the no. in front of the line when the line is description.

Refer the scenarios below:

What code I should insert? Or what setting i had to set in order to solve the above problem?

Any suggestions to solve the issue above?

Many Thanks here.

add below code to No. Text box Visibility , it should hide the no. when type is blank.

    =iif(Fields!Line_Type.Value = "",true,false)

    Thanks Alfredo  Zelaya for reply,

But if I direct remove the column of "No.", I think the other No. item will not displayed already.

My situation is when I insert the line of description without fill in the column of No. (Refer Picture 1 above).

FYI, I didn't filled in the column No. in the picture 1, but when print the report, it still will show 3 in front of the description line.

Kindly advise me how I going to solve above issue.

    Thanks.

Go to the report in the Development Client and export a copy of the report as a backup. Then go back in and remove the column for "NO.". Run the report from the Development Client to make sure it looks good. If you don't like it, import the previously backed up file and your back to where you started.
