NAV Service Component Line Demand

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello, I'm looking to see if there is a way to drive demand for items to a Req Worksheet or Planning Worksheet that are on Service Component Lines.  I've tried running it in test and Req Worksheet does not appear to pick them up.

The scenario is that there may be odd items/components (not stocked) that are required to service a specific Service Item, and the client would like NAV to pick those up for the Buyer to purchase.

Anyone have a good solution to this issue?

Please confirm the the Reordering policy is not blank on the item card. if it is then it get skipped in Planning and requisition worksheet.

If item is defined on service line then it will get picked by the above worksheets.

Please check the related planning setup. Let me know if it is still not working.

    Regards,
