when running thus process I am getting this error
an error occurred decrypting credit card XXXXX
Periodic > Credit cards > Update credit cards.
any idea what needs to be fixed or why error is occurring

I don't have an "update credit cards" menu available in my demo machine.
Is it possible that this has been adjusted especially for your company?
Would recommend talking to your system admins who should have additional insights into what this feature is doing and why.
