transforming payment date into Julian date in D365 FinOps

Hi there

I am creating a payment file format for Citibank UK in electronic reporting in D365 Finance & operations. This format requires the payment date in the julian date format i.e. YYDDD format.

So  if the payment date is 10thFeb2019, it will appear in the payment file as '19041' as 10th Feb is the 41st date of the year.

Can anyone please help me to define the date transformation.

Out of box date is DDMMYY or DDMMYYY or MMDDYY or MMDDYYYY etc. that needs to be transformed into Julian date.

    Hi Sai,

    You can create a new ER function which will convert date to Julian date using global::date2Julian function in x++
