Hello support,
i install test server with version 9 , in our prod we use 8.2.7
the dev team didn't finish all his test with this version and our trial has end.
can i get new key for another 90 days ?
Yes, You can extend it please follow the below step.
Office365 Admin Center->Home->Subscription (Under Billing)->Choose the Dynamics 365 Subscription ->Below the Expiry date you should be able to see an option to Extend your trial.

I understand we're talking about OnPrem Software so the other two responses about extending trials on O365 portal do not suit you.
I see a couple options:
a) if you purchase the onPrem, you should be able to go to your provider and retrieve a Full License. But of course, we're talking about a full license here, not a trial for another 90 days.
b) you can download & Install the Trial but in another set of servers (not over the same)

Perhaps an alternative solution will be useful in your work, the UDS Virtual Machine.
The solution includes Windows Server 2016 Standard Evaluation, SQL Server 2016 SP2 Enterprise Evaluation, Dynamics 365 version 9 Trial.
It has been created for using on-premise and works for 3 months (then you can download it again if necessary).
