GP 2018 - Historical Aged Trial Balance - Payables Management

When I print Payables Historical Aged Trial Balance as of 09/30/2020, the report does not print invoices paid after 09/30. It also does not print partial payments for an open invoice even though it prints the invoice in the report. I am using GL Posting Date to select the transactions. I am uisng this report to match AP Balance in GL. I am not sure if I am using this report correctly.Is there a known problem with this repor? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Kandasamy-

Thank you for your post.

We've found a problem with the pmHATBLoadDexTempTables stored procedure in the GP 18.3 update that causes this issue.

We are working to correct this but in the meantime it is recommended that you revert stored procedure pmHATBLoadDexTempTables back to the 18.2 version.

If you need this please create a support case and we can provide this. This support case will be not charged.

Hi Nicole, the link to download the stored procedure in the page you provided does not work. Can you please provide a working link for me to download the 18.2 version of the stored procedure as I cannot do a end of year update and testing at this time but need the HATB to work properly. Thank you
