I am trying to have a look at price match to see if it will resolve an issue I have, where I want to adjust the customers price after the sales order was invoiced. Raising a credit won't work because I want to reflect the new price in the items sales margin. The problem is, the Price match button (Under update line) is greyed out - I have spent hours trying to figure out why. I know it links to Call centre function, which is enabled, and I all the setup looks ok. Anyone else come across this?
