Budget control period

Hi!

I use a budget control and choose a month as interval.

Then i define Budget register entry for Jan-Feb-Mar

And try to create purchase order for this set of financial dimensions on 2/2/2021.

Error of budget control appears only when i set amount more then 60 USD (total amount for this values of fin.dim)/

Before I have tried also  "Fiscal year to date" and had the same result.

Could you please help me to understand, how should i set up budget control for a specific date? Or for period?

    I think in this case system considers the "Accounting date " for budget check which you define during PO creation time, Just try to change that of try changing for line> Financials > Accounting distribution change date there and check

    But it should not use total amount at all for any date, doesn't it?

    Hi Mariia,

    Please check if the control interval and cycle time span are set up correctly for the rule.
