Content Settings not copying over when using Save As for journeys

I have a team that utilizes "Save As" on journeys regularly, and they have recently discovered that the Content Settings are no longer carrying over. We don't recall having to adjust this previously.

Is anyone seeing this issue and if so, is this the way it is supposed to function? If not, is there a way to resolve without opening a ticket with Microsoft?
