I am CSP partner but I am not familiar with D365.
MY customer told me that they are now using Dynamics 365 CstEng AddL DBStor ADDON.
However, in new price book seem the product name changed to Common Data Service Database Capacity.
(Offer ID : d31fcbc0-aaf7-48b7-af12-900c05a60594)
Can I confirm they are same product? I tried open ticket in Microsoft partner center but they told me ask in here.

That offer ID is the one related to "Common Data Service Database Capacity", which translates into DB storage added to the customer. It would be great if for the other (previously existent), you could verify the offerID to see if it matches and is the same. Or as the previous comment states, you can also reach to Microsoft Support, provide the customer's TenantID (or tenant domain) so this information can be verified.
