How to capture the Call to field in Phone call activity

Good day.
I want to capture the last date an activity was done on a lead. To accomplish this, I used the Regarding (Leads) field in power automate but this does not work for me because the sellers don't use the regarding field for the leads but for the reason they made the phone call. Is there a way to get the "Call to" field information and to update the lead records last activity date column.

    Hello User,
     
    Do you want to capture last Activity record created on a lead record ?
     
    If yes then you can query Activity (logical name : actionpointer) entity with regarding as the lead.

    I am not sure I understand what you are referring to.
     
    Are you saying I should "populate" the Regarding field with the record of the lead?

    I am busy creating a power automate flow that is triggered when an activity (phone call, task, email, appointment) is completed and then capture the date against the corresponding lead/contact.
    This flow then captures the date and activity type and stores it in 2 separate columns in the lead's tables.
    We can then use this info to see when last an activity was done on a specific lead/contact.
    This currently works because we make use of the Regarding field with the corresponding lead record, but as soon as a seller select an opportunity/case etc then this doesn't work.
     
    So back to the phone call activity I was hoping to get the "Call To" field information in the power automate flow to update the lead/contact record.
     
    I hope this sheds some light on the challenge, and thanks in advance.
     
    PS: I did try rollup fields, but it didn't work.

    Sorry for only replying now - life happens.
    Yes I want to capture the last "completed" "successful" date and activity type on a lead.
    I managed to pull this off using the "regarding" field and a lead record is selected when creating an activity.
    But my concern is, is that a seller can pick from opportunities, cases and so on and not only leads in the "regarding" field.
    If they pick from any other table (entity) as Lead in the "regarding" field, then I cannot capture the last completed successful activity and update the lead record.
     
    So I was hoping to make use of the "call to" field to get the lead record.
    I hope this makes more sense.
