Cannot Refresh Firmed Planned Production Order

I created a planned production order and changed status to Firmed Planned Production order with no issue. I think i tried to test  manual item reservation on the Firmed Planned Prod Order. When I tried to Refresh the Firmed Planned Prod Order, an error msg came out...

So I went to the the order = Actions = Functions = Reserve to cancel the reservation.

However, I still get the same error msg when I tried to Refresh the order. Any idea what can I do to rectify the error?

    CYC,

I took your steps in my Cronus database to see if I can recreate and cannot. I created a Planned Production Order, then changed status to Firm-Planned. I then created a Sales Order to reserve to the Firm Planned Prod. Order. I then released. I then cancelled the Reservation. No issues.

May I suggest walking through again.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Steve, thanks. I did reserve at the component level. Then I went in to cancel it and it shows me nothing to cancel. Yet, after that, I still could not refresh the order.

    CYC,

Your images show a Released Production Order. You can see this on the top if the image it states Released Prod. Order PR-RO000001. Are you saying that if you go to the Released Production Order and if I look on the Production Order Line, Line/Reservation Entries, mine shows blank, hence nothing to cancel. I see the image shows a Sales Order Line link to the Released Production Order. When tried to cancel the Sales Order Line reservation the message appeared? Also, did you make any reservations on the component level?
