Inventory adjustment report error

Hello:

I've been looking at this for a few hours and need help.

When I run this report I only have the journal id and destination set but would get this error message...

Initially I thought the issue was with the parameters (Parameters > View) in the report format but I'm getting some inconsistent behavior as I set the properties. For ConfigId, the Allow Blank property was set to True which I changed to False. I made the same changes for the parameters indicated in the error message but the errors still persist for all the parameters except ConfigId. Not sure if there's a bug here or what. Almost appears as though the changes I'm making are not being deployed. Any help would be appreciated.
