What is the use of unsubscribe option in email templates. When I click on that option there is no event triggered. Please let me know, If you guys have any idea about this one.

The functionality is to provide the ability for email recipients to unsubscribe from future bulk emails. By default, the functionality behind “unsubscribe” is OFF in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You can turn it on by navigating to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Marketing Tab.

I did this step , but the problem is I am getting an email for unsubscribe . I want to remove the unsubscribed entity from the marketing list . Any way u know of ? Your small help would be thankful
I am also facing this issue . I want to remove contact from marketing list if someone trigger the unsubscribe option. Is there anything that might help?
Google for a tool named ModifyNotification Flow for Office 365.
Hi all, I've enabled the setting for "do not send" marketing emails (currently we do not have the marketing module), however you'd need to add an unsubscribe link of sorts within the email template. How do you achieve this?
