Does anybody knows if you have an Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, you automatically have excess to an online version and markting ans sales tools?

The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan license is now a deprecated offer, but if you have this license either a Trial version or via another way the short answer is YES.
This license plan have Dynamics 365 for Marketing and Dynamics 365 Sales applications included. However you should be aware that Dynamics 365 for Marketing entitled was rencetly changed and possible you won't be able to deploy the application succesfully but no worries you will always have the ability to create a support request for Microsoft Dyn 365 CE team to confirm if your current entitlements and licenses should provide you access to Marketing app.
