I've inserted my process in the list of "process in the app"

Now I need that the process appear automatically without select it from the list of process active ... there is a way?

    RE: Personal Lead Process

Hi Saud Ali thanks a lot for your reply

Your proposal is interesting, but it's very very complicated for my knowledge of D365s products and Javascript.

I'd prefer find the step that I'm missing or correct the error what could I have done.

If there are no other ways I'll consider your suggestion.

    Hi @DIE,

If you have set BPF order as well, it should work. If that is not working and you don't want to deactivate the default BPF you can achieve this via customization, you can add a simple script to automatically switch the BPF based on certain criteria on form load.

Here is the link to switch your BPF using JS:

Set default Business Process on a form while creating new record

Please mark as verified if the answer is helpful.

    Thanks

    Hi DiePic,

If you are unable to make changes to BPF because of permission issues, please refer to the following security roles:

Thanks for suggestion Saud Ali ,

I will prefer change the standard proposed with my process flow and this is what I'm not able to do.

I think that I must work on role permission, but I'm not able to find which are the roles involved

    Hi,

Yes, you can change the process. If you've already created a new Business Process Flow and want to change it for some existing record you can open record and click on "Switch Process" from ribbon and select the process with which you want to change.

For more details, how to create a BPF in Dynamics please check this link:

    Hope this helps you.

Please hit like, if this works for you so I would be helpful for others.

    Thanks
