I have a developer at our new "Partner" that is working on some custom report layouts for me. We have created some .rdlc custom report layouts through the client. We only have one server, and I made a copy of the production company and gave him access to it.
I then copied my sql database completely and sent it to him as he mentioned it would be easier to work offline. He send me an email this morning that he can't find the reports in the database or on the server. He gets the following error because the folder does not exist...
If I can access the reports from withing the client, then where are they stored in the sql database or on the severs drive so that he can access them? Is there some place that will give me the location from within the NAV client?

I think you should try exporting layouts from your system for your NAV partner to import back into their own dev environment.
Go to Custom Report Layouts page, select the report with custom layout and hit Export Layout. Save and send files to the developer to import it into their development system.
That should solve it.
