I have a quick question about the CRM email template font type and size?
Can individual users set the specific font type and size as default and save it as their personal setting?

This is based on browser default language, so based on the established font in your browser that will be applied.
To change the default font in Chrome / Edge browser:
Click the settings button at the top right.Click ‘Settings’ in the drop-down.Scroll down and click ‘Advanced’ to expand the available options.Click ‘Customize fonts.Change the ‘Default font’ to a font of your choosing.

I am not sure if changing the browser settings it would work as it works in some scenarios and not in others but it is worth trying as well.
