Is it possible to Create User, Account, Contact and Role Via SOAP
using JAVASCRIPT?

Absolutely - if you are a .NET developer you can download the CRM SDK and check out the SOAPLogger project. It will output the proper SOAP XML based on a request in C#. From there it is just a matter of wrapping it in some JavaScript to execute.
