Unable to Post Retail Statement

Hi All, 

I am facing the  below error while Posting the retail statement. 

 
While processing the state Customer order created, generic exception encountered in retail statement XXXXXXXXXXX in the controller : Must enter a CW qty.
Update has been canceled.
I have the same question (0)

    The error message explains the issue looks like you are trying to post a CW product transaction without the CW quantity which is a mandatory data for posting.
