Stockout warning message

I would like to ask sometime when I create an Order confirmation, sometime didn't pop stockout warning message. Did I miss something for the item creation.

Can you please give me more details. Are you confirming a sales order? Is reservation set to Automatic?

Hi Cathycccc,

Check if the item has setup where Negative quantity is also allowed. In such a case, system wouldn't stop you from posting the order confirmations as negative quantity is also allowed.
