"Add Lines" Button on Purchase order - Enterprise Portal

Hello,

The status of PO is "Draft", I wanted to add more lines to it from EP but I can't see add lines button

Do I need to have some special role in order to add more lines or there shouldn't be the button at all (it's my first time on EP)

Hi Joni,

The purchase orders on the portal are not intended to be modified out of the box. You should maintain the orders in the AX client. The feature is added on the EP for insights and workflow management.

There are no capabilities to maintain purchase orders on the EP. It is also not related t any role.

Hi Andre,

Is it the same with Physical Receipt too? We don't see a button to create Physical Receipt on Portal.

Hi, you can use the unconfirmed product receipt option in the Service employee module through EP for doing physical receipt.

There is an auto filter applied but you can do it. (only the PO linked to the PR from the user are available)

Hi Yohann,

do you have any link where I can see step by step process?

On every PO when I click "unconfirmed product receipt" I see empty grid

Go to the Ax client. Procurement > Setup > Policies > Confirmation of product receipt policies

and setup one record in here (for ALL /ALL)

Then create a PR from EP, approve it, firm it

On the PO, in the Ax client, confirm it.

You should be able to receive it from EP then.
