Display Agent Scripting on Inbox view without starting a case

Hi 
 
We would like to display agent scripting without the need to start a case. We are not integrating voice or chat for this functionality. 
 
I can get scripts to populate for cases, but have been unable to get scripts to show for the inbox view. 
 
Has anyone managed to do this?

    I'm afraid that's not possible.
    After testing, the agent script is only displayed in the inbox when a specific record session is opened.
