    Hi Menna,

Is the flow using an Excel connector and fill a predefined table in one of the sheets or are you using MSGraph to fill all details? In case you fill a table, the template can have a specific width and formatting. In case you want to change properties of cells, the MSGraph connector can be used, but is harder to understand and implement.

    Hi,
CSV files are typically in plain text format and do not inherently contain information about cell widths or wrapped text. Each row in the CSV file is considered a record, with each field separated by a comma or other delimiter. This can cause problems if line breaks are present in a field, as it can interfere with correct parsing of the table.
Before generating a CSV file, make sure the data does not contain extra line breaks or unnecessary characters.
Make sure that text fields in the CSV file use appropriate escape characters to handle text that contains delimiters or newlines. This is usually accomplished by adding quotes around the field.
Open the CSV file manually and make sure the data is displayed in the appropriate format. You can use a text editor (such as Notepad++) to view the file contents and make sure each field is in the appropriate position.
(BTW, in Power Automate, you can use the "Create HTML table" action to convert CSV data into an HTML table and embed it into the body of the email. This ensures that the data displays correctly as a table in the email.)
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi Menna,

Can you tell if the Excel file is created with help of X++ coding or is it created in your Power Automate flow? In case the latter, you can better use the Power Automate forum for your question.
If it is created with help of X++ coding, please share the coding so we can check  how to help you.
