Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a problem with a translation of an error message, which doesn't get translated completely:

I've downloaded the translation file, found the section and translated it, then I've uploaded the file back to the DEV environment. I can see the translation working on the DEV environment immediately, but what's curious is that the translation does not get deployed.. We have daily automated deployments, which are working perfectly fine, expect of this one translation.

Has anyone experienced similar problem so far and if yes - have you found a solution for it?

Hi Maria,

I would suggest creating a new Solution with an only affected entity in it.

Export the translations and then check manually if translations are right or not.

Make sure you do not change anything apart from the language code column. It can be very messy and take a long time to resolve even from Microsoft.

Hello Maria,

Have you tried by re-creating the solution used for this translation?

If the issue continues happening after this, I would recommend you open a ticket with MSFT since is happening only in one of your environments.
