May I get an advice, in the email system, we have Email History to log everytime email activity has been executed, failed or succeeded. When it is failed, is there OOTB feature to resend ?
Take a look in System administration -> Periodic tasks -> Email processing -> Retry schedule
You can configure your retries and the delay in between for the email distributer batch, and in email sending status if you
personalise and add columns, you can add the Retries field for the retry count.
So, for example you could have retry 1 wait 2 minutes, retry 2 wait 10 minutes, and retry 3 wait 30 minutes.
