RE: How to create a Work Order from Sale Order

    Hi Dai,

We cannot create work order from Sales Order using OOB process.
If you wanted to create work order from sales order, then need to add a custom ribbon button on the Sales order, on click of the button you write a JavaScript code to open new Work order form. Hope this helps!
For more information, you can create work order from other areas as below.
There are 3 ways of creating work order in Field Service.

    1. Create work order from “Opportunity” using “Convert to Work Order” button.

    2. Create work order from “Case” using “Convert to Work Order” button.

    3. Create Work order from “Agreement booking date” using “Generate Work order” button.

    Thanks!
