Price/Discount agreement Journal - update To-date for the sales price journal lines issue

Hello, 

I got a scenario where the sales price Journal(ex:000001) posted for a price group with 'From date' 1/07/2019 to 'To date'  1/07/2020.

But the customer rates got changed effective 1/01/2020.

I have selected edit lines from journal (000001) and posted new price journal(000002) with From date' 1/07/2019 and 'To-date' as '31/12/2019'.

Then posted changed prices in journal (000003) with 'From date' 01/01/2020' to 'To date'  '31/12/2020'.

But the new prices are not reflecting for the customer transaction , it is taking the old prices from journal (000001). 

Can someone help on this

    Dear Lavanya Reddy,

    Please recheck the journal. System checks multiple criteria here.

    Try these steps in your test server

    1. Remove the standard sales price from item master.

    2. Create a sales agreement

    3. Select the relation type Price (sales).

    4. Select price group

    5. Make sure you select that price group in that customer master

    6. Validate if same price group is coming in the sales order

    What is the date of the sales order? Did you enable the "Find Next" option in your trade agreement?

    Please check the price in the path below.

    Customer Price / Discount Group -> Trade Agreements -> View Trade Agreements (Sales)

    There are no prices setup in item master.

    Please check the below screenshot for the prices setup.

    Hi QianQW,

    Date used for the transaction is 06/01/2020.

    Find next is not marked in the trade agreement.

    Hi Lavanya,

    If there is an overlapping date on the trade agreement, the system will consider the first  trade agreement. You can try two ways to modify it. The first is to cut the date ranges and delete trade agreements journal  000001.The second attempt changed the from and to date of the journal 000001 to 2020.1.1 to 2022.9.30.
