Process for creating phone call activity

We have a list of a few thousand accounts that we need to add a phone call activity to. I set-up what I thought was a pretty basic process to run this update on-demand, but even though it appears to run successfully, no activities are being added. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    What are the properties set to? Also, have you checked the Workflow Process Session to ensure it has completed successfully?

    HI,

    I followed below steps and it worked on my instance.

    I create new on-demand workflow on Account Entity and Creating New Phone Call record-

    I mapped all fieds as per below screenshot -

    Now I ran the workflow for 50 records from advanced find -

    When I check records created Today from advanced find in Phoen call entity, I see 50 records -

    Phone Call Activity is your custom activity Entity?

    Have you verified the records from Advanced find?
