Hello,

I have problem today. Our needs is to create a work order and then attach multiple customer assets to the work order.

In Dynamics 365 we can attach only one Customer asset to the work order.

Have you a solution please ?

Many thanks!

    Hi Patrick,

    You have two solutions :

    1. The out of the box feature is to Create multiple incidents, each incident is linked to One or more customer assets and then attach these incidents to the work order.

    2. You create a many to many relationship between the customer Asset and the work Order, Then, you add a sub-grid where you add your customer assets. You must configure your relationship to display the related work orders in the customer assets Form.

I hope that's helpful for you.
