upgrade organization of v8 to v9

when i want upgrade organization of v8 to v9 i see this warning and finaly organization failed

1-there are encrypted field in the organization data base,but data encryption feature isnt activated.contact your microsoft dynamics 365 system administrator to active dataencryption.to active, go to system settings/data management /data encryption

2-Existing sql server connection to the dynamics must be closed befor setup can continue

3-the foregin key constraints in the dynamics 365 database are not consistent with dynamics 365 foregin key constraints

4-the default value constraints in the dynamics 365 database are not consistent with dynamics 365 default value constraints

5-the indexs on the dynamics 365 database are not consistent with dynamics 365 indexes

6-the stored procedures in the database are not consistent with dynamics 365 stored procedures

7-fragmented indexes were detected in the dynamics 365 database

8-confliting sql server plan guides were detected in the dynaimcs 365 database

9-there are one or more language packs provisined for this organization.For the language feature to continue to work correctly you must upgrade and then provision each language pack after the organization upgrade is completed

10-checking for customizations and extensions that use outdated feature.this operation may take a few minutes
