Electronic customer invoice format for Nordic countries

Hello!

I am trying fo find information about what kind of various customer electronic invoice formats that are availble in D365, preferably out of box or using the Electronic format. I am aware that the Peppol Bis 3 format exists, but what about these below? Any link information is appreciated

Norwegian electronic customer invoice formats, what is available
Svefaktura format (Sweden)
Finnish electronic format, for example Finvoice

I am already aware of the supplier Lasernet that seem to support some of the formats above, but I would appreciate to know if there exist other suppliers or if anyone have knowledge of setting up these things in the Electronic reporting:

Hello Eva,

For my home country e-invoices are supported and the formats can be downloaded from LCS.

There are some support sites available that describe details of the setup.

See e.g.

support.microsoft.com/.../a-country-specific-update-for-germany-to-support-export-of-customers-e

Unfortunately, I do not know the regulations for Norway, Finland and Sweden but expect that there are also country specific electronic invoice formats are available that work the same way.

Probably try to go through the articles and try finding the corresponding formats for the countries you need. If you cannot find anything, open a new support request with MS.

Hi,

Do you know which Vendor invoice formats are available in D365 using Electronic Reporting with the exception of the Italy one.

Do you mean customer invoice formats?

Why would you create vendor invoices with Electronic Reporting?

Vendors should send them to you.

Would be great if you could clarify.

Thanks for your reply.

Vendors will be sending the invoices but I would like to create pending vendor invoices in an automated way and not using the entities and I have seen in the AP parameters new tab for Electronic documents Vendor invoices to be imported. So I was looking there if there is a format invoices can be drop in the SP and imported or an excel format created in Electronic reporting and the Business populated manually and imported by Import Vendor Invoices in the Periodic tasks.

Also, do you know if there is a standard Cash posting and allocation solution that not involved the Parameter of automatic settlement on the AR parameters.

Hello Ludwig,

do you know if electronic invoicing via XML this is also available in AX2012R3 for Germany or other Europearn coutries?

I know that there is a hotfix for France and Belgiium, but how about UK and Sweden?

I think your post refers to D365 F&O.

Hi Tilman,

Do you refer to Zugferd electronic invoices for Germany?

To my knowledge there is no standard AX2012 feature available that would support them.

There might be some adjustment necessary.
