Hi all,

I am trying to create a case in dynamics from data that I get from a chat bot. I understand that I have to do it by connecting to "Common data services", but I can't find "Cases" within the environment. Somebody could help me?

    Hi,

Case schema name is incident so try looking for "incident" instead.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Please check for Incident entity there. Also you can create a Flow to create cases.

    Hi,

Can you please go to https://make.powerapps.com --> expand Data, and then select Entities and verify if the Incident entity is listed there or not.

    Hi,

1)Hope you have provisioned your crm environment for either sales/services module.

2)In https://make.powerapps.com ,select environment other than default

3)If you dont see any entity in that list, then there should be some issue with the instance or permissions
