3rd Party Authentication stopped working with Portal Custom Domain

We have a portal using a 3rd party authenticator. We recently had a custom domain made for our portal. Everything on the portal works except for signing in. When you click "Sign In" it redirects you to the authenticator and displays an error message, "invalid_request, Invalid redirect_uri". We were under the assumption that everything would still work with this custom domain.

    A few questions :

    • When you say you are using a 3rd party app, can you share the name of the app? 
    • Is this Dyn 365 online or on-prem?
    • Did you create an App registration in Azure and walk through the steps of completing the Redirect URI (optional)?
      • If you did, you may need to ensure that the custom domain is specified as the redirect for the webpage.
