How to fix error with Microsoft Translation Servece

Hi expert!
 
I am trying to translate large xlf file from English to Japanese by using Microsoft Translation Servece.
I sucsesslully translated if xlf file was small which has 200 lines, however, I failed to do that with 4000 lines file.
This is alert mail below, and how can I investigate the reazon of this error? 
I hope your suggestions.

    Is this the normal process of Microsoft Translation Servece?
