Can you please explain which format(MT940, BAI2 etc..) you are using? can share the sample of that imported format?
Did you check your setup in data management?
This issue is when the file which you are importing is having some data issue.

Follow the prompts and click view execution log to view the import errors.

as the message suggests, it is worth looking at the Execution log to see more details first.
Perhaps you will find a reason why it was't imported
