Error adding 2nd organization to Outlook plug-in

When adding a 2nd organization to the Configuration Wizard an error occurs:

This organization has already been configured.

The org I'm trying to add is a backup or our production CRM org.  It has a different name and runs from a different server with a different URL.

It must be keying off a different data point.  Organization ID maybe?  Anyone know?

I've confirmed the ID is the same.  Is there a way to get a new ID so it's interpreted as a separate Organization?  Was thinking about the import process for the organization....maybe import as new?  Or even some way to update the database before importing?

    Hello WillD44 ,

As you mentioned that , the second org you are trying to add is made form the backup of your production Org.

you can check the org ID here  Settings > Customizations > Developer Resources > Instance Reference Information >

It is possible that the Configuration Wizard is using the Organization ID to identify the organization and prevent duplicate configurations. Each organization in Salesforce has a unique Organization ID that is used to distinguish it from other organizations.

If the backup organization has the same Organization ID as the production organization, then the Configuration Wizard may recognize it as a duplicate organization. You can check the Organization ID of each organization by going to Setup > Company Settings > Company Information and looking for the "Salesforce Organization ID" field.

If the backup organization has a different Organization ID than the production organization, then the issue may be caused by another data point that is being used to identify the organization. In this case, it may be helpful to consult with Salesforce support or a Salesforce developer to identify the root cause of the issue and find a
