Unable to delete works orders

Hi,

I've inherited an AX 2012 R3 installation and we have a number of corrupt production works orders. I've managed to get most of them back to the 'created' status, but i can not delete them, i'm getting the following error message:

I've checked BoM reservations, there aren't any, there's no registrations. There is a positive picking journal, that i can't reverse, because the status is at 'created' but when i move the order forward to try and 'start' it i'm getting further errors (below)

We pick at the release stage, and to add in a bit more fun we're using advanced warehousing.

Hope someone can shine a light for me.

Hi Mark Bowden,

Please check whether the raw materials of this production BOM have any transaction of issued quantity.

Hi QianQW,

The BoM is showing a status of deducted against each line.

I'm not sure how these orders have ended up in this condition, they are approx 18 months old now, i'm trying to limit the impact they will have on MRP suggestions
