how can we set up automatic email warnings for response times that you define for your service order.?

please give step by step procedure for that. thx

    Have a look at codeunit 5918 ServOrder-Check Response Time

    It has the necessary functions to review the current service orders priority and response date/times and then fire off job queue entries for e-mails providing the SMTP setup has been completed.

    you or your nav partner can develope a codeunit that checks e.g. the due date of the service order and creates emails if needed. run that codeunit periodically by a job queue entry.
