Error when rebuilding business event catalog

When I try to rebuild the business event catalog the following error appears:
Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.

When debugging I discovered that the LoaderException property returns the following message:
 
Recursive write lock acquisitions not allowed in this mode.
 
And that the error happens in the function:
 
BusinessEventsCatalogHelper::addCodeBusinessEvents();
 
Specifically in the line:
 
Array codeBusinessEvents = DictClass::getAttributedClasses(classStr(BusinessEventsAttribute));
Does anyone know how to fix this error? Thanks in advance

    It's probably not the right thing to solve this issue, but after restarting the machine the issue was solved.
